Lockers

Coin-operated lockers are located on the first floor (100 yen). The coin will return when unlocking the locker.
The lockers can be used for one day only.
Please do not leave any valuables in the locker.
For large personal belongings, please check at the reception.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

This electronic medical device is used to apply an electric shock to the heart of a patient suffering from cardiopulmonary arrest to allow the heart to reestablish an effective rhythm.
The device is installed on the first floor.

Wheelchairs

Two wheelchairs are available for use inside the museum building. Please ask the receptionist for assistance.
The second and third floors may be accessed by taking the elevator.

Barrier-free restroom

A wheelchair-accessible restroom is located on the first floor

Assistance dogs

Guide dogs, hearing dogs and any other service dogs are welcome in all floors of the Museum.

Facilities for guests with infants

A nappy changing facility and a baby rest (a chair to hold the baby while the guardian uses the toilet) are installed in the ladies’ restroom on the second floor.
